This Privacy Policy explains how Peymo OÜ (“Peymo”, “we”, “us”) collects and processes personal data when you use peygo.app (“PeyGo”).

Peymo provides a technology platform that connects users to third-party financial service providers. Peymo does not provide regulated financial services directly.

 

2. Data We Collect

We collect only limited personal data necessary to provide access to PeyGo:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Country

  • Technical data (IP address, browser, device info)

We do not collect or store:

  • Identity documents (passport, ID)

  • Address verification data

  • Biometric data

  • Source of funds

This data is collected directly by third-party providers.

 

3. How Data is Collected

  • Data is collected directly from you via peygo.app

  • For regulated services, you are redirected to third-party providers such as Yativo or card partners (e.g. Swype)

Peymo does not control or store KYC data collected by these providers.

 

4. Purpose of Processing

We process personal data for:

  • User onboarding

  • Providing access to third-party services

  • Facilitating payments initiation

  • Customer support

  • Legal and compliance obligations

We do not use your data for marketing purposes.

 

5. Legal Basis (GDPR)

Processing is based on:

  • Contractual necessity (access to services)

  • Legal obligations (AML/compliance via partners)

  • Legitimate interest (platform operation and security)

 

6. Data Sharing

Your data may be shared with:

  • Yativo

  • Card and payment providers (e.g. Swype)

  • Cloud infrastructure providers (e.g. AWS)

Each provider acts as an independent data controller for their services.

 

7. Data Storage

  • Data is stored securely using cloud infrastructure (AWS)

  • Peymo stores only minimal onboarding data

  • No financial or KYC data is stored by Peymo

 

8. International Transfers

Data may be processed outside the EEA by third-party providers.
Such transfers are protected via appropriate safeguards (e.g. SCCs).

 

9. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access your data

  • Rectify inaccurate data

  • Request deletion

  • Restrict processing

  • Data portability

  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

 

10. Third-Party Services

When you access financial services, you are subject to the terms and privacy policies of the relevant provider.

Peymo is not responsible for how third parties process your data.
