These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of peygo.app (“PeyGo”), operated by Peymo OÜ (“Peymo”, “we”, “us”).
By using PeyGo, you agree to these Terms.
 

2. Nature of the Service
Peymo provides a technology platform that enables users to access third-party financial services.
Peymo:
•    does not provide financial services
•    does not act as a bank, payment institution, or crypto-asset service provider
•    does not hold or custody funds
•    does not execute transactions
All financial services are provided by independent third-party providers.
 

3. Third-Party Providers
Through PeyGo, you may access services from providers such as:
•    Yativo
•    Card issuers (e.g. Swype)
•    Banking and payment partners

 

When using such services:
•    You enter into a direct relationship with the provider
•    You accept their Terms & Conditions
•    The provider is solely responsible for service delivery
 

4. No Custody / No Control
Peymo:
•    does not store, hold, or control funds or crypto-assets
•    does not have access to your wallets or accounts
•    cannot reverse or modify transactions
All transactions are executed via third-party systems.
 

5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
•    Provide accurate information
•    Use the platform lawfully
•    Verify all transaction details before confirming
•    Comply with third-party provider requirements

 

You are solely responsible for:
•    transaction accuracy
•    wallet addresses
•    payment details
 
6. KYC / Compliance
Identity verification and compliance checks are performed by third-party providers, including Yativo.

 

Peymo:
•    does not perform KYC directly
•    does not store KYC data
•    does not control onboarding decisions
Access to services may be denied based on third-party compliance requirements.
 
7. Fees
Any fees related to financial services are determined by the respective third-party provider.
Peymo may display indicative information, but is not responsible for pricing or execution.
 
8. Service Availability
Peymo does not guarantee:
•    availability of third-party services
•    uninterrupted access
•    transaction success
Services may vary by jurisdiction.
 
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peymo shall not be liable for:
•    financial losses
•    failed or delayed transactions
•    actions or omissions of third-party providers
•    incorrect user inputs
•    regulatory decisions by partners
Peymo acts solely as a technical intermediary.
 
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Peymo against claims arising from:
•    misuse of the platform
•    violation of these Terms
•    disputes with third-party providers
 
11. Termination
Peymo may suspend or terminate access if:
•    you violate these Terms
•    required by law or partners
•    service risks are identified
 
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.
